Delivery of your Kit by The Edinburgh Casting Studio
UK Shipping
Your order will be shipped via DPD, and will arrive with you 1-5 Working Days from ordering. During busy periods, we reserve the right to amend this. You will be informed of any known delays to dispatch date at the time of purchase, or as soon as possible thereafter. All UK deliveries are signed for.
Despatch/Delivery dates may be different around peak periods, holiday periods, or bank holidays.
Highlands and Islands, (inc. Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly)
Delivery is quoted at the checkout to UK Mainland, excluding remote locations as defined by our courier. For areas defined by our courier as 'Remote' we offer a different rate.
Exclusions
We do not accept website orders to be shipped to the Channel Islands or Gibraltar. We are also unable to accept online orders shipping to military addresses (including but not limited to BF or BFPO postcodes). Online orders placed for addresses outside of our shipping areas will be refunded. We are however able to make special arrangements to some destinations. Contact us at hello@edinburghcasting.com to enquire about shipping to your address.

Order Size
Deliveries are a flat rate for orders up to 30kg. This means you can add a number of kits to your order and the shipping will remain the same.
Exclusions
We are unable to accept online orders shipping to military addresses, PO BOX addresses, 3rd Party Forwarding Agents, Drop-Box/Locker style facilities.
If the courier is unable to deliver to your address, we will require an alternative address.
Online orders placed for addresses outside of our shipping areas will be refunded.

EU Shipping
WE ARE SADLY NO LONGER ABLE TO SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK DUE TO THE UK LEAVING THE EU. WE HAVE THEREFORE DISABLED SHIPPING TO ALL EU DESTINATIONS.
